Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the product shows no signs of wear or washing.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
